The year is 1720. The Great Nordic War has ended, and vice admiral Tordenskjold suddenly has no idea what to do with his life. His valet, Kold, feels that he should settle down and makes a suggestion about them traveling for Hannover to woo the wealthy miss Norris. They make way, but Tordenskjold is having trouble keeping focus. He's partying and flirting his way through the country, putting grey hairs on his trustworthy valet's head. The women swoon once they lay eyes on the great Tordenskjold, but with women comes enemies, and slowly dark clouds are starting to show up.
